Busk + Hertzog

busk+hertzog's design characteristics are clean lines and a simple expression often with no kind of decorations. Whenever decorations find their way to their designs they often serve a function and are often seen as an integrated part of the furniture. They often get their inspiration from shapes and lines found in the nature. The horizontal and vertical lines combined with geometric shapes are their favourite design ingredients.

Before they design a new product they always take the functions, needs and use of the future users in consideration. These considerations come together in furniture that plays with the architecture of the room or building in which it functions.

Their studio also designs office furniture, upholstery, illuminations, household products and graphical designs.
