Do you gift wrap?
Yes! Gift wrapping is provided at no charge when requested.
I don’t see a product one of your manufacturers makes, can I still order it?
Yes, if the manufacturer carries the product, we would be glad to quote and order this for you. Please contact us for options and a quote.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, we have preset amounts available to add to the shopping cart. If you would like a gift card amount that is larger then the amounts we offer, we will be glad to assist you with this. Please contact us for assistance.
How can I use a gift certificate?
Gift certificates can be used in our retail stores or online. If you received a certificate by email or by mail, you can use this in either the retail stores or apply this certificate amount to your web purchases.
Do you charge tax?
We only charge tax on orders shipping within California at current tax rate. If your purchases are shipping to any other state or are shipping internationally, we do not charge sales tax or value added tax (VAT).
