Shipping

How do you ship?
We offer custom-designed shipping solutions based on each client’s unique shipping needs. Our tailored shipping options include bulk shipping, as well as in-house delivery and assembly. Many smaller items like gift cards, replacement parts, and small accessory orders can be sent directly to post office boxes. All shipments have tracking and delivery confirmation and require a signature. How long does shipping take?
Compared to other furniture retailers, our shipping is quite rapid. Due to our large inventory of furnishings, lighting and accessories we are able to ship many of the most popular pieces immediately. The exact shipping time varies based on the shipping method (rush versus standard), weight and location.
 
Do you offer or provide insurance?
Insurance is included as part of the shipping cost. All items are insured for full replacement value.
 
Is international and Canadian shipping available?
Yes, we offer both international and Canadian shipping to best serve our customers.
 
How does dkVOGUE rectify damaged shipments?
If your merchandise is damaged or defective in any way, we will arrange to correct the situation within 90 days. In the unlikely event that your furniture can not be repaired or replaced by the factory, we will refund your purchase price.
