FOCUS computer products a/s established in 1982 by Hans Henning Jensen primarily manufacturing monitor screen filters based on optically coated glass panels. After quite a few years, advanced computer technology eventually reduced the need for monitor screen filters. This development subsequently prompted the need for product development and new business opportunities.
Josefine Honoré joined the company in 2003 convinced that, as a spin off from the glass filters, it should be possible to develop and manufacture memo boards based on a combination of her interior design ideas and her father’s experience in the field of technical glass.
The Chat-Board® glass memo board was developed in close cooperation between father and daughter during the first year. Initially, only two sizes in white glass were manufactured using existing machinery. Demand proved that the product was accepted by the market, and it did not take long before a complete assortment of glass memo boards was created comprising many different sizes and exciting colors. http://www.chat-board.dk/ |
