Rud Thygesen/Johnny Sorensen

Rud Thygesen and Johnny Sorensen's desk is one of the products in the King's Furniture series. Originally, the idea was to produce a unique piece as a 50th birthday gift for HM Queen Margrethe of Denmark. However, the desk, with its exquisite, classic workmanship, proved so popular that it went into production. The leather-covered desktop can be lifted to reveal a practically designed space which, together with the drawers, provides good storage for stationery and other writing accessories.
