Each piece is carefully shipped in the highest-quality, water-proof packaging to protect your new purchase. Still, if your merchandise is damaged or defective in any way, we will arrange to correct the situation within 90 days. In the unlikely event that your furniture can not be repaired or replaced by the factory, we will refund your purchase price. Insurance is included as part of the shipping cost and all items are insured for full replacement value.
